Jones Consulting Firm is an elite multifaceted firm that has three pillars of support. The first pillar is College and Career Development support for students in high school, pursuing an undergraduate degree, and graduate students. Our second pillar focuses on training professionals in career development and college success based on research-based best practices. Our third pillar is nonprofit operations support such as grant writing, fundraising, and strategic planning. The firm was founded in 2021 by President/Principal Consultant Franceska Jones. Jones had a vision of a firm that could support the sustainability of cities throughout the country by supporting education, professionals, and nonprofits.

Dr. Franceska Jones is the President/Principal Consultant of Jones Consulting Firm. Franceska is deeply committed to the growth and sustainability of the Greater Cleveland community. Her expertise lies in her extensive knowledge of higher education, fundraising , career and workforce development . Franceska is proud to serve a diverse group of clients leading them to transformational change.
Recent Examples of Client Work:
- Advising local nonprofits on college and career readiness program creations, implementation and measurement of outcomes.
- Supports of 200 high school, undergraduate and graduate students in maintaining success and matriculation.
- Served over 20 nonprofit organizations with fundraising , and grant writing. She has raised over $2M is grants over the 5 years.
Franceska is well connected to the Greater Cleveland Community along with ties on the state, regional and national levels. Because of her connections , collaboration is a major benefit for her clients. Franceska is a board trustee for the Fair Housing Center for Rights and Research, she is also a member of the Leadership Council for the Cleveland Leadership Center and an advisory board member for John Hay Early College High School in Cleveland Ohio. Franceska is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Sorority Incorporated , Alpha Omega Chapter. Franceska Jones holds a bachelors degree in Business and Economics from The Ohio State University, she also earned a masters degreee in Nonprofit Administration from John Carroll University. Franceska is currently a doctoral candidate at Morgan State University studying Higher Education Leadership specializing in Community College Leadership and is expected to graduate in May 2022. Franceska is 2019 recipient of the Cleveland 20/30 Professional Club Mover’s and Shakers award . Franceska is a published author in student success and higher education fundraising . Franceska is a loving wife to Rudolph Jones III and mother to Phoenix Jones. She enjoys running, urban farming and yoga.
