Jones Consulting Firm is an elite multifaceted firm that has three pillars of support. The first pillar is College and Career Development support for students in high school, pursuing an undergraduate degree, and graduate students. Our second pillar focuses on training professionals in career development and college success based on research-based best practices. Our third pillar is nonprofit operations support such as grant writing, fundraising, and strategic planning. The firm was founded in 2021 by President/Principal Consultant Dr. Franceska Jones. Jones had a vision of a firm that could support the sustainability of cities throughout the country by supporting education, professionals, and nonprofits.

Dr. Franceska Jones is the President & Principal Consultant of Jones Consulting Firm. Franceska is deeply committed to the growth and sustainability of the Greater Cleveland community. Her expertise lies in her extensive knowledge of higher education, fundraising, career, and workforce development. Franceska is proud to serve a diverse group of clients leading them to transformational change.

Rudolph C. Jones III

Senior Consultant (Nonprofit)

Rudolph Jones, III is an award-winning Real Estate Team Leader of the Jones Real Estate Group with Keller Williams Greater Metropolitan and a small business owner of Tax Solutions Inc. located in Cleveland Ohio. Rudolph is a 2011 graduate of Kentucky State University where he earned a Bachelor of Art in Business Administration with a specialization in Management.  Rudolph obtained a Master of Arts degree in Nonprofit Administration from John Carroll University in 2013. Rudolph has made a significant impact in the Greater Cleveland nonprofit community through expert consulting and proven fundraising leadership. Specifically, his involvement and leadership with the Cleveland Chapter of the Kentucky State University National Alumni Association. Philanthropy and servant leadership are two core values that guide Rudolph’s involvement in the community. From a young age Rudolph learned the value of helping others through service. Rudolph has led fundraising efforts that have provided two elementary schools in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District with backpacks and schools supplies for over 1,000 students. Rudolph volunteers his time at local universities to teach students about the real estate industry and provides mentorship to young black men who are in college.
